1. The unit is equipped with the excellent technology of CycloBlower H.E.'s head, a low speed, unique 3 * 5 rotor design screw fan, and a large diameter shaft to reduce deformation caused by internal and external loads, ensuring that the blower can work efficiently even under extremely harsh conditions. Food grade PTFE coated rotors will minimize leakage and improve efficiency to a greater extent.

2. Due to its unique functionality, the BS screw unit has a compact size and can be driven by parallel belts or installed in series. They are very easy to install and do not require ventilation ducts, so the blower room can be kept in a relatively small size.

3. The design of BS screw unit ensures the convenience of later maintenance. To achieve this, the outer shell side door is hinged and detachable. The intake cylinder filter is located in the ideal position for maintenance.

4. Due to the ease of operation of the BS screw unit, it not only saves time but also saves expenses. The dedicated forklift groove with a rigid base can be placed on any flat surface without the need for a special foundation. With its compact design, the BS screw unit can be quickly and easily integrated into existing systems.

5.Our new exhaust and intake muffler design ensures low-noise operation of the equipment. In addition, due to the special soundproofing materials, upgraded panel thickness, and the use of soundproof lining for the inlet and exhaust pipes of the casing, a single chamber booster chamber and a lined bend pipe are used for soundproofing. The enhanced function of the casing can reduce noise.
